  Ø Jan Schillebeeckx, European Pioneer in PACS and Teleradiology : Chairman of the department of Medical Imaging at the Imelda Hospital, Bonheiden, Belgium from 1983 till 2006 Since the early 90ties, implementation of one of the first PACS installations in the world. Since2001, 2001 this hospital is 100%filmless and nearly paperless. Medical coordinator of the deployment of the second Electronic medical Record. In 2001 also co-founder of the first European Teleradiology Company.   Ø Jan Schillebeeckx  Previous Responsibilities:   President and founder of the Association VGSIZ vzw, a billing company for Healthcare professionals. President and co-founder of Eurad Consult, a leading European Teleradiology provider. Then president and co-founder of  Telegentis, a company for « Managed Services in Healthcare » Also past president of the Belgian Professional Radiological Society and past board member of the EuroPACS association.   Ø Jan Schillebeeckx Since 2006 Part-time consultant radiologist Part-time healthcare consultant, especially process improvement and workflow optimization of radiology departments: interventions in several hospital groups worldwide.
